This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Big Juicy Entertainment LLC ("BJE," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the BJE Agent Hub application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, BJE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes related to artist management, booking, and entertainment operations. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or any content therein.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, and payment processors. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. BJE is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and does not endorse any third-party products or services.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Big Juicy Entertainment LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service, but grant BJE a limited license to use, process, and store that data as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the data and content you submit through the Service, including artist information, booking details, financial records, and contracts. You represent that you have the right to submit such data and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BJE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BJE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
